Registration

Depending on the status and time of registration conference fees would be as following:

**Exchange rates were updated on May 15th (US$ 1.00 = R$ 2,00). These rates can change over the days in order to let the registration in R$ as close as possible to the US$ values.
 

SBC and SBA members have discounts in registration.

The conference fee includes the following:

• Attendance at the main conference as well as at the workshops/tutorials programs.
• All proceedings and accompanying material.
• Lunch and coffees breaks for the entire event.
• Welcome reception cocktail
• The conference banquet

For students: To be eligible for student registration, some proof of the student status is required (e.g., letter from advisor or from the Department - in English, Spanish or Portuguese). This should be presented on the registration desk during the badge retrieval.

For authors: At least one author of accepted papers should register.

ALL RATES are in BRAZILIAN REAIS, since all credit cards will be charged in this currency. The accepted CREDIT CARDS are VISA and MASTERCARD.

IMPORTANT  (read this information before register yourself)

For the registration, you will be required to create a new account with your personal profile in order to gain acess to the registration.

After your login defined, you can reach your ICAPS registration anytime you want.

For payment with credit card, some windows will show some information in portuguese language unfortunately.

Be aware that credit card expiry dates month and year must be in this format (mm) (yy). For example, september must be '09' and not only '9'.

Receipts for the conference fee will be issued by ICAPS. They will be delivered on-site.

Concerning Accommodation, please refer to the Venue page. Note that in the same form for hotel reservation there is a place where the time of arrival and departure should be filled. This is important to set your transfer.  Transfer to the conference hotel (90 km. from the airport) will be provided only if this information is available.
